Starting this week, we're launching a limited-time service: "Wednesday Lunch Reservations" (^^) For all customers who make a reservation for lunch on a weekday Wednesday by the day before: (Includes one free drink with your pasta or pizza set.) Please see below for terms and conditions! 【please note】 This offer is limited to groups who have made a reservation for Wednesday lunch by the day before. This offer is valid for customers visiting between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Public holidays are excluded. Please order one pasta or pizza dish per person. Shibafuku made her first Instagram post on June 9, 2025. At that time, I didn't have a shop yet, and I was only posting about my farm. Today, I'll be sharing some updates about the farm after a long time! (^^) Thank you for waiting. Basil cultivation has begun again this year! Planting will begin about a month and a half earlier than last year. Even so, we'll probably only be able to offer our 2026 Genovese around early summer. Shibafuku's pesto contains absolutely no unnecessary ingredients. We select and wash freshly harvested basil, then make a sauce without heating it. The pesto sauce we are currently serving is made from pesto harvested last year and stored in an ultra-low temperature freezer, so it retains its fresh aroma. If you can't wait for the 2026 Genovese pizza, please try our pizza!
